LCWSC has over 50 years of history serving Laurens County and communities in southern Greenville County.

LCWSC is a Special Purpose District that provides water and sewer service to the unincorporated areas of Laurens County and portions of southern Greenville County. A Special Purpose District is a form of government that is governed by a board of elected or appointed officials, and provides service in areas that cannot be provided for by any other agency.

Fun Fact

We have 13 Elevated Water Towers, over 900 miles of water lines and over 100 miles of sewer mains. We serve 90% of the county's geographic area and serve over 49,000 customers!

Primary Careers & Earning Potential

Earning potential is dependent on position, education, licenses, etc. Starting salary is usually around $35,000 for technicians and CSRs and increases based on experience, education, etc.
