ArctiChill was founded in Newberry, SC in 1986, and has maintained an atmosphere of teamwork throughout the years. We are owned by a multi-national corporation, but we maintain the comradery of a small-town team. We support our Trane teammates beyond working together. We have several events throughout the year, meals together, family fun day, community volunteering, safety competitions including making safety videos and writing safety songs, and just making the workplace enjoyable. We support local charities such as Newberry Hospital Oncology, Boy's Farm and Sister Care. Employee suggestions and innovative ideas are strongly encouraged.
